The Problem:
With traditional memory foam, chemical odor would off-gas for weeks and sometimes months. This off-gassing of V.O.C. (Volatile Organic Compounds) are potentially harmful for both the environment and people with chemical sensitivities. In addition, people have always had a hard time finding the right size pillow thickness to support the neck properly.
