Returns
If
you're not satisfied for any reason at all, return the item within 30
days of receiving it, in its original condition, and we'll give you an exchange,
credit or refund; whichever you prefer.
You can return any item(s) you order within 30 days of receiving it, so long
as the item is in its original condition, with the exception of pillows.
Due to obvious sanitary reasons, we will only except pillow returns the item(s)
have not been used. This means that you may purchase a pillow and examine
it in person to decide if you would like to keep it before returning it within
the 30 day period. We realize that Therapain Plus will not be in the
original condition once you open the seal. However, because we are totally
convinced you will love this product, we will allow it to be returned so long as
there is some unused portion left in the bottle. We will refund the cost of the
item (and tax, if applicable), with no restocking fees; however, the customer
must pay all shipping charges and must have an RMA number written on the outside
of the package. An RMA number may be easily obtained by calling customer service
at 800-667-1969. We recommend that you send all returns via UPS,
FedEx, or insured US postal service for tracking and insurance purposes. All
returned merchandise is subject to a 14 day inspection period unless Relief
Mart, Inc. management waives this policy.
To return any item just simply email or call customer service with your name, order
number, and item(s) that you want to return. We will email you back with a
return number and our return address. Your return number (RMA number) must be
clearly visible on the outside of your package or it will not be
processed. Any item which is returned and does not meet our criteria can be
returned to you at your expense.
