We now offer free shipping on all orders over $75 that are shipped within the United States with the exception of mattresses and toppers. For either faster shipping or shipping to other regions of the world, we’ve made our shipping and handling prices as low as possible by not tacking on additional shipping fees above each carriers rate. This enables you to benefit from our every day low product prices, free or lower shipping costs, and the convenience of delivery to your door. For your convenience, we offer a complete array of shipping choices. While UPS or FedEx ground is free, you should be aware that it takes 3 to 5 business days to receive you item(s) from the date they were shipped. Mattresses may require an additional 5-7 days for delivery.
For Therapain and Therapain Plus Orders
In order to save you money when you purchase Therapain or Therapain Plus, we have enabled you to only pay $3.95 Shipping and handling charges total for as many bottles as you buy! In fact, we will even take the $3.95 off completely when you purchase any additional products on our site. Of course, if you purchase over $75 in product, your shipping is free all together (in the 48 contiguous states). The $3.95 only applies to orders within the United States. All other countries will have additional shipping charges that can be assessed by us at the time you are ready to order. Just simply email us for further information, but please review the international section below first.
At certain times we may offer special shipping rates or free shipping on certain products. In these special cases we may opt to reimburse shipping by sending a refund check or directly reducing shipping on the actual page listed. If you where informed that you would be able to receive one of these shipping specials, just let us know in the comment section of the check out form. These shipping specials are subject to change periodically.
Orders for in-stock merchandise will normally be shipped the same day, but, however our policy is to ship within 24-48 hours. This does not include mattresses and toppers, as we often customize these for each order. Shipping charges are formulated through the automatic postage tables interacting with the Americart software at time of order. All free shipping is done via UPS, USPS or FedEx ground and will only be honored within the Continental United States. All other orders will be charged based on the type of service selected.
Unlike many other internet product stores, most of our products are in-stock. This means that all items are usually shipped within 24 business hours of purchase. If we are not able to ship a product to you within 72 hours (for example, it is on backorder from the manufacturer – unfortunately we have no control over those situations), we will notify you by email (be sure to enter a valid email address) or telephone. You then have the option to cancel the order at no cost to you, if you wish, or wait for the product to arrive. Some items, marked with a star (*) are shipped by special order; this means that we do not maintain stock on these items, but rather order them from the manufacturer when you place your order. This helps us to keep the price low, but will unfortunately add 2 – 5 days to the normal shipping time.
We ship within the Continental United States using UPS, USPS insured, or FedEx so that all orders can be properly tracked. You may select among the various shipping options (Free ground in the Continental United States, 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air, International USPS, and Priority domestic USPS) upon checkout. Upon submission of your order to the shopping cart, you will receive a notice, typically within the next 24-48 hours, indicating that your order has been shipped.
Delivery estimates are in business days and do not account for weekends.
You can check the status of your order, once it is shipped, by emailing Customer Service with your order number. Our Customer Service department will always attempt to provide same day replies to all your questions.
Important: Please note that when ordering on weekends or holidays items cannot be shipped until the following Monday. For example, if you order a brace on Saturday morning and request 2nd Day Air, the order will most likely be processed on Monday, and you should receive it by Wednesday.
Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is by the US Post Office Priority Mail – please select this option in our cart. Your order is typically received within 3 days of when we ship it!
You can return any item(s) you order with in 30 days of receive it, so long as the item is in its original condition. You will be responsible for shipping costs incurred. You may return any item just simply email customer service with your name, order number, and item(s) that you want to return. See the Returns page for more information. All returns are subject to a 14 day inspection period.
If you live anywhere outside the USA, you will need to simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call our +1 805 379 4300 telephone number and we will send you a check out form or even call you to place the order over the phone. Simply let us know which product you need and the quantity and we will get back to you within the same day Monday through Friday or the following Monday if it is over the weekend. Typically, transit times are only 4-7 days to anywhere in the world!
